Welcome!

This is the permanent (hopefully) web presence for me, Payam Minoofar. Until the viewership of this blog increases to anything significant, it is purely a repository for my daily ruminations, an object to receive my gripes absent an ear willing to listen.

The picture that currently graces the top of the blog was taken by me with my now defunct Canon Powershot A71 in Amsterdam after a massive snowstorm dumped several feet of snow on the city in about a day’s time. (I currently shoot pictures with a fabulous and fabulously cheapKodak Z812 IS). My full collection of images from that fabulous snow storm can be seen here.
